With over a decade of experience navigating the New York City real estate market, Steve confidently guides his clients through the complexities of buying, selling or renting the right home for them.

A major focus of his business is positioned to help other millennials with the intricacies and the business aspect of becoming a buyer.

He's the owner of NDOband, a worldwide fitness lifestyle brand based out of Brooklyn that emphasizes the lifestyle choice of NO DAYS OFF!

Steve is a graduate of the University of Arizona, and loves collecting stamps on his passport.

Christian's passion for real estate grew while at a nonprofit that taught high school students how to invest in property. Christian has run a successful clothing brand as well, using his creative eye as a graphic designer, that has honed his tech background at New York-Presbyterian Hospital, handling marketing for small businesses. He speaks English and Spanish fluently and is currently learning French. In his free time, Christian enjoys cycling and photography, particularly capturing the energy of this city through film photography. He loves coming home to his adorable Lhasa Apso dog from Peru named Sasha.

Andrew believes success in real estate comes through the combination of putting his clients’ interests first and foremost and serving those interests with a tireless commitment to working hard and working smart. As a New York native, Andrew joined the Heydt Team at Compass where he has found success in the constantly changing market.

Andrew has a vast knowledge of Downtown Manhattan and is primarily focused on real estate spanning the East Side of Manhattan. His personable, energetic approach and ability to connect with a broad range of people sets him apart when working with clients. He is a graduate of Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY and has since sprinkled his talent across a wide range of different industries from cybersecurity consulting to bartending and e-commerce.
